Job brief

We are looking for a Creative Graphic designer with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our’ needs and to design solutions with high visual impact. You will work on a variety of products, including websites, Brochures, product packaging, etc. and you will cooperate with our Marketing and Sales team.

The goal is to get the clients’ message across.

Responsibilities:
Cultivate a solid body of work
Take the design “brief” to record requirements
Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
Amend final designs to gain full approval
Work as part of a team with marketers, sales, etc.
Create innovative advertising concepts to attract customers
Requirements:

4+ years in professional commercial design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency
Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, Adobe after effects and entire Adobe suite specifically with mock-ups, web design and multimedia presentations
Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript and coding
Experience working with WordPress templates
Adaptive design eye and skill
Excellent communication skills
Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and management
Work simultaneously on 5+ projects based on workload
Strong video editing skills
Advertising background to understand advertising campaigns
Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites and other media, including infographics
Ability to add to concepts and advertising campaigns
Must be a creative thinker who can contribute to the team with ideas
Put together disparate elements of a design created by another professional, such as the icons, photographs and other components necessary for a website design
