CoBIT (formerly Siliconpro) is a Private Not-for-Profit college established with the objective of addressing the severe IT and Business skills deficit that in Sierra Leone and the huge demand for IT and Business education in the West African sub-region. Our students have the option of pursuing either Professional or Academic qualifications. We validate the skills of our students through rigorous t

esting via our global testing partners; Pearson VUE, Prometric and Certiport. Our style of learning is ‘’student-centered ’’; we encourage our students to be creative and prepare them with the skills they need for the workplace. We have a rich heritage of excellence which is evidenced in the performance of our alumni in the work place. CoBIT will usher in a new era of quality education that is beyond your expectations. As a result of an agreement we signed with NCC Education in the United Kingdom in February this year, CoBIT will be affiliated with the Universities of Greenwich, Wales and Hertfordshire in the UK. Through these affiliations, CoBIT will be offering courses leading to the award of the following degrees:
• BSc in Business Information Technology
• BSc in Computer Technology
• BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration)
• MSc in Strategic IT
• MBA (Master of Business Administration)
We recently re-equipped our Learning Infrastructure, upgraded our Teaching Materials and restructured our Management and Teaching Staff. CoBIT also boasts of the following partnerships which will improve the quality of our service to you and avail all forms of International Certifications under the same roof; CompTIA Learning Partnership, Cisco Learning Partnership, Prometric Authorized Testing Partnership, Pearson VUE Authorized Testing Partnership and Certiport Authorized Testing Partnership.
