At the very beginning, there was the effort to create an useful and effective tool for everyday work in optics. This was followed by a passion for technology and innovation, an effort to improve the customer experience in optics and with the optician, getting closer to their customers and trying to achieve better results, saving time and money. Since 2008 we create a software for opticians that wa

s developed in cooperation with opticians and for optic industry. Only with our program you can easily manage sales, reservations, warehouse, statistics and marketing of optics in one place. It is only thanks to our customers that we move forward and are able to provide a smart and fully functional program for everyday work in optics.

Our software has the ability to connect 📎 different, usually separate systems, such as a reservation system, e-shop, or stock management. Do you know that the TISS program allows you to print labels using a BROTHER printer? And do you know that in TISS you can print your own labels and price tags for eyeglass frames and glasses?🤩
Nice and unobtrusive labels are a great help for your staff, so if you use a Brother printer to print your labels, you have the possibility to create your own label design using the P-touch editor program.

What is new in the TISS programme?🤩
We have launched a modified form of downloading historical data from older order tickets or refraction cards to the current order or exam🔬.
This allows you to pull older data, client history, and a bulk delete data in the order card into the current exam.
After selecting a client, a button is visible to view the client's history and this function allows you to, among other things:
✅ downloading (copying) an older client card to the currently created one,
✅ downloading (copying) older examination data into the current examination,
✅ download (copy) the data from the currently created refraction card directly into the custom card.

We believe that this change will make your daily work easier😊.

I can see the orders history, the stock, the evolution of the client's diopters, which is very important.
