Our researchers have recently uncovered how the Webworm cyberespionage group is quietly evolving its tactics, using everyday platforms like GitHub to stage malware, as well as Discord and Microsoft Graph API for C&C communication.

Active since 2022, the Webworm employs a diverse toolkit comprising of mainly backdoors, and a combination of open-source and custom proxy utilities.
