1/ Return products in just a few clicks - customers who decide to withdraw from a purchase can return either their entire order or selected items. From the order details page, they simply click "Return Products", choose the items they wish to return, and submit their request with a single click.
2/ Confirmation email - once a return request has been submitted, both the store administrator and the customer automatically receive a confirmation email containing the relevant return details.
3/ Return management - every return request is automatically recorded in the administration panel in CUSTOMERS / Orders/Invoices / tab CLAIMS - giving store administrators a clear overview of all submitted requests.
4/ Automatically linked to the original order - every return request is automatically linked to the original order keeping your order and return records perfectly organized.
