ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

Sometimes, one extra piece of information is enough to turn a visitor into a customer. You can now display your own message on the product detail based on the set delivery date and adapt it to the current situation.

For example, if the delivery date is 2 days, the message „Order now and we’ll deliver within 2 days“ can be displayed. You can edit and personalize this message as needed. For example: before Christmas you can let customers know: „We can still deliver before Christmas.“ You can easily customize the message and set different information for different delivery times. Simply enter the settings for one product and they will automatically apply to all products.

MORE WAYS TO PAY WITH QR

QR payments in ClickEshop are even more flexible. Alongside the existing Slovak standard, we’ve added support for Czech, Hungarian, and international QR payment standards so you can conveniently use QR payments also for orders with foreign currencies.

The QR code is automatically generated based on the currency of the order. Simply enable “Attach QR code to payment” in your payment settings e.g. Bank Transfer and the QR code will appear directly in the .pdf order and will also be sent to the customer as an email attachment.

Instead of manually entering payment details, customers can simply scan the QR code with their mobile banking app and confirm the payment in just a few seconds.

CLAIMS & PRODUCT RETURNS
To make it easier to keep track of claims and product returns, we've expanded the summary statistics displayed in the ClickEshop administration. The dashboard now shows pending claims and returns, along with their total in 60 days, giving you a clear overview of requests that still require your attention. A return or claim is considered pending if its document status remains unchanged from the default status.

You can also add your own custom document statuses in Global Settings/Edit default texts/List of document statuses.

REGISTERED CUSTOMERS - Advanced Settings

Newly added bulk changes in the Registered Customers module allow you to change B2B groups for multiple customers at once with just a few clicks.

Simply mark the selected customers, select the desired B2B group(s) and the system will make the changes automatically. Bulk assignment of B2B groups helps keep the database clear and organized.

PACKETA - EXPORT UPDATE

We have updated order export for Packeta according to the latest requirements and CSV 8 import specifications.

Our tip: if you select the option "I am a cash on delivery" in the payment detail and the customer chooses cash on delivery, this information will automatically be transferred to Packeta export. Less manual adjustments, more convenience in everyday order processing.
