Most SaaS websites donā€™t fail because the product is bad.

They fail because theyā€™re unclear.

In this video, I walk through a simple example (Freshdesk) and show how even big companies fall into the same pattern ā€” vague messaging that could apply to anyone.

The problem isnā€™t always obvious.

It shows up in small moments:
ā†’ someone checking your site mid-demo
ā†’ an investor trying to understand what you do
ā†’ a potential hire forming a first impression

And if it doesnā€™t click fastā€¦ they move on.

I also break down a simple way to fix this. Nothing complicated, just a clearer way to say what you actually do and why it matters.

Maybe Iā€™m overthinking it, but it feels like this still has more impact than most people assume.
