A cover that feels like it belongs in your hands.

This is the kind of texture you notice immediately, and the kind of craftsmanship you only get when every album is made slowly, in-house, by hand.

For photographers: when your work is printed on archival materials and bound with care, the final piece becomes part of the story your clients keep.

What detail matters most to you in a finished album: the cover material, the layflat binding, or the paper?

Your prints will outlive every hard drive you own.

Most digital files don't survive a decade. A fine art print on Hahnemühle 100% cotton rag, printed with UV-stable pigment inks, is tested to last 200+ years without fading.

That's not marketing. That's ISO 9706 certification and decades of archival science.

We choose every material at Luminus Studio with one question in mind: will this still be beautiful when your grandchildren hold it?

To ni trženje. To je certifikat ISO 9706 in desetletja arhivske znanosti.

Vsak material v Luminus Studio izbiramo z enim vprašanjem: bo to še vedno lepo, ko bo vaš vnuk to držal v rokah?

Her images were stunning. The album made them eternal. ✨

Meet Sarah, a wedding photographer based in Berlin.

She came to us wanting something her clients could pass down. Not just a beautiful book. An heirloom.

We handcrafted a layflat album in dark cloth, bound by hand, printed on archival Hahnemühle paper with UV-stable inks designed to last decades.

Her words: "My images finally feel like heirlooms."

That is exactly why we do this.

If you are a photographer who believes your work deserves more than a mass-produced print lab, we would love to work with you. 📷

Njene fotografije so bile čudovite. Album jih je naredil večne.

Spoznajte Sarah, poročno fotografinjo iz Berlina, ki je iskala album, ki ga bodo njene stranke predajale iz roda v rod. Ročno vezani, arhivski, za desetletja.

A finished album should feel as calm and confident as the photographs inside.

This is one of our handmade cloth-covered layflat albums, bound in-house in Slovenia. We choose archival materials and build every detail by hand so your work can be held, shared, and kept for decades.
