🎯 This week, the Arctur team attended the Alliance for Language Technologies - ALT-EDIC Week 2026 at Château de Villers-Cotterêts, connecting with partners from the LLMs4EU project and discussing the future of European language technologies and AI.

💡 At the event, Tomislav Šubić, Head of AI at Arctur, presented the progress of the Tourism Domain Use Case HeritAI, a Assistant that uses trusted cultural heritage data to enhance visitor experiences and increase the visibility of lesser-known destinations.

The event provided an excellent opportunity to exchange feedback, align future activities, and explore new opportunities in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

📍 CLASSICA Plenary Meeting in Nova Gorica

On 15–16 June 2026, Arctur had the pleasure of hosting the CLASSICA Plenary Meeting in Nova Gorica, bringing together partners from across the consortium for two days of productive discussions, knowledge exchange, and collaboration.

💡During the meeting, partners reviewed the project's progress, shared updates on ongoing activities, and aligned on the next steps in a constructive and collaborative atmosphere. The event was held in a hybrid format, enabling both on-site and remote participation.

The first day concluded with a networking dinner in the beautiful Goriška Brda region, providing an excellent opportunity for informal discussions and strengthening connections among project partners.

On the second day, participants took part in a dedicated workshop focused on future collaboration opportunities and defining the next steps towards ensuring the long-term impact and sustainability of the project's results.

🙌A big thank you to all partners and guests for their active participation, valuable insights, and continued commitment to the success of the CLASSICA project. We look forward to the exciting work ahead!

🤝Last week, the Arctur team was in Tirana with a clear mission: strengthening collaboration, innovation, and resilience across the tourism ecosystem in the Western Balkans and beyond.

As part of the Balkonnect Festival, a regional deal-making platform connecting the Western Balkans with global investors, business angels, institutions, and innovation leaders, our colleagues contributed to important discussions shaping the future of tourism, hospitality, cultural heritage, and digital transformation.

🎯 Arctur introduced at the Ansys Tech Days

Simulation, AI, and big data analytics are no longer optional in industry, they are the foundation of modern innovation.

At the Tech Day in Brnik, Slovenia, it was clear that simulation-driven engineering is reshaping industries, from Digital Twins and -enhanced to electromagnetics and complex system design. But behind all these advances lies a common enabler: High-Performance Computing .

💡 At Arctur, we are actively building this foundation.
Our HPC&DC Manager, Tristan Pahor, recently delivered the first public presentation of MACx GPU Accelerators, sparking strong interest across the HPC community. This comes at a time when our HPC & AI Department is rapidly expanding, alongside significant upgrades to our data centre infrastructure. Our services were showcased also at the stand at the event, and sparkle a strong interest among visitors.
