L(earning) can be fun and rewarding for hybrid workers!

A bustling Wednesday for our team when our data analyst FELICIA TANWIJAYA conducted a data visualization hands-on training for the entire company for those in office and working from home.

Team members were challenged to demonstrate how they applied their skills to create dashboards. For that, they are recognized with experience points and skills badges on none other our own platform!

Points can be exchanged for useful vouchers on our rewards marketplace. By upskilling, our team can now earn points to pay for Starbucks coffee, lunch, online shopping or even their ride home from office! ☕️ 🛍 🚗 🍱

We have now also discovered hidden talents and experts in the company who can help us deliver better analytics to our customers!
