The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and debugging responsive web and mobile applications for the company. Utilizing MEAN technologies and accelerating frameworks, the candidate will manage the application framework and maintain code. Working with the development team, you will assist to debug and optimize the application before pushing it to production environment.

Responsibilities

Developing, and testing UI for mobile and web applications
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Maintain code and debugging/patching issues. ie. github team
Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code
Manage existing projects based on frameworks like WordPress 5, Magento 2, SPA (Angularjs, Angualar 8) and custom applications

Qualifications

Any tertiary diploma, degree or certification may or may not be related to Computer Science or Information Technology or other related to engineering/IT.
Junior level or higher 1+ years’ experience in frontend development or starting out MEAN development (3mths or more).
Familiarity using MEAN development methodologies ie. AngularJS/Angular
Experience building object oriented web applications in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Required experience in AngularJS 1.7.x, PHP7+ and REST APIs. Optional experience in Angular 8 etc.
Additional development skills in mobile ie. iOS, Android will be a added advantage. ie. Android SDK or XCode (Swift 4+)

Employment/Remuneration

Full-time salary with over-time pay. Maximum overtime up to 72hrs per month.
Additional development skills ie. iOS, Android, Magento 2, WooCommerce for consideration of increased remuneration of starting pay.
Probation period up to 3 months.
5 day work week, 0900 – 1800HRS, 2 rest days per week.
Week-end standby hours would mean full over-time pay.
Transport Allowance and Leave after confirmation.
