Congratulations to the current and former NUS-HCI lab members: Pin Sym Foong, Zhe Liu, Quentin Roy, Simon Perrault, Velko Vechev, Chen Chen, and Xiaojun Meng for their three conditionally accepted CHI papers. It’s nice that they are making contributions on these different but important areas in HCI:

1) Developing a framework application (VITA) to improve the interaction between volunteers and dementia patients.

2) Designing a mobile/wearable solution (FML) to improve indoor navigation without the need for indoor location sensing.

3) Creating a tool (Retool) for requesters without programming skills to setup task environment for crowdsourcing using design by demonstration.

Once again, congratulations!
