Are you an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central professional looking to lead a major ERP transformation?
Our client is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Lead to drive a strategic migration from SAP to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central while becoming the long-term owner and SME of the platform.

✅ Lead SAP to Dynamics 365 Business Central migration
✅ Drive business process transformation and ERP optimization
✅ Gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and design solutions
✅ Oversee data migration, testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities
✅ Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT teams
✅ Manage implementation partners and external vendors
✅ Deliver training, support, and continuous improvement initiatives

What Were Looking For:
✔ 7+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV experience
✔ Proven end-to-end Business Central implementation experience
✔ Strong ERP migration background, ideally SAP to Business Central
✔ Expertise across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Operations processes
✔ Experience with data migration, UAT, and production deployments
✔ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

⭐ Nice to Have:

• SAP experience
• Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Certifications
