We had a blast at our monthly celebration! 🎉 After a month of hard work, we came together to unwind. These events aren't just about celebrating wins; they're vital for our well-being, giving us that much-needed break to refresh and rejuvenate.

Team Titansoft gathered to take a break from work and celebrate some joyous occasions during our monthly T. Party and there were certainly many exciting moments to be had!

We kicked things off with our newcomer introductions. We welcomed our newcomer and heard more about his hobbies and fun facts.

We also celebrated birthdays with a cake and ended things off with yummy snacks and fruits. 🎉

Everyone had a great time to rejuvenate and have some fun! 😊

Team Titansoft gathered to celebrate our achievements and milestones while revisiting events of the past three months 🙇🏻‍♂️🙇🏻‍♀️

As part of the celebration, we hosted a fireside chat on Developing with AI (so in line with our core value of 💚Being Adaptive💚!), led by our Product Director. Our Developers shared their experiences, offering valuable insights on how to integrate AI into the development process:

1️⃣ Break down big tasks into smaller, manageable steps.
2️⃣ Have a clear idea of what you want so you can effectively evaluate the effectiveness of AI’s output.
3️⃣ Understand that AI can be both a little clueless (it needs clear and detailed instructions) and incredibly smart (it can handle tasks quickly and efficiently).

We’ve explored AI usage within our existing products, providing the AI with a screenshot of our feature and asked it to generate a simple UI mockup (HTML+CSS).

While we’re still in the initial stages of integrating AI into our daily work, we definitely see it as an opportunity to improve our efficiency of handling tasks.

It was an insightful and fun session that helped us realign our focus for the journey ahead!
