Product Operations Manager

What you will be working on:

• Work with Product and Engineering teams to manage new feature releases; make sure our users can make the most out of our product updates
• Collect feedback from existing customers; categorize and consolidate user feedbacks into reports to help better strategize future product roadmap based on prioritization
• Communicate with prospect customers; find use cases that match their organization and facilitate the on-boarding and bootstrapping process

What we look for in you:

• Have worked in a similar role in one of the leading tech companies (at least 2 years of relevant product experience preferred
• Outstanding communication skills; capable to build a strong connection with internal cross function teams as well as potential and existing customers

Responsibilities
• Own and drive the technical relationship with clients
• Collaborate with clients to develop and drive technical roadmaps, drive outcomes, and report on progress
• Act as the primary customer experience representative
• Be proficient in customer support workflows and business applications and services offerings.

Cyber Security Analyst

Your duties:
• Monitor organization’s network and system, identifying any violations and security breaches that need to be resolved using SIEM.
• Investigate incidents by using reports, event graphs, cases etc.
• Prepare regular reports to document any process implementation, recommend improvements to service and etc.
• Provide excellent communication and customer service skills, meet service level agreements, response time and customer notifications.
• Identify and analyse the patterns that could exploited by hackers, viruses, and cyber-attacks.
• Develop appropriate troubleshooting techniques, installing and utilizing software, to help protect company’s data and sensitive information.

We are looking:
• At least 3 years of experience in security technologies [SIEM, Firewalls, VAPT & etc].
• Experienced in SOC is preferred, but not a must.
• Ability to read and good interpretation of network diagrams.
