What better way to celebrate than with a Bak Zhang showdown? Earlier this week, our team gathered for a fun internal Bak Zhang competition, tasting and scoring different rice dumplings based on flavour, texture, aroma, and overall deliciousness.

From traditional favourites to unique variations, every entry brought something special to the table. More importantly, it was a great opportunity for everyone to come together, share laughs, and celebrate this meaningful festival.
