Last September 23, Ease Solutions and monday.com hosted our very first event in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia entitled, "AI & Work, Reimagined with monday.com". 🇲🇾

Held at MST Golf Group Berhad, The Gardens Mall, the event brought together both new and existing customers for an afternoon focused on learning, connection, and practical ways to improve how work gets done.

We explored how monday AI can support everyday work, reduce manual effort, and help teams build more connected workflows. Just as importantly, the event gave us the chance to hear directly from customers, exchange ideas, and better understand the challenges teams are solving today.

A big thank you to Janice Tay and Andre Lee from monday.com for sharing their expertise and for supporting this initiative from start to finish.

We also want to recognize our Ease Solutions team on the ground, led by Anthony Lai, together with Lesley Anne Aviles, Valerie Marinay, and Justin Angelo Manlulo, for bringing the event to life.

Our first event in Malaysia was a meaningful milestone for us, and we are grateful to everyone who joined us and made the afternoon worth remembering.

This week, Ease Solutions Consulting LTD - Israel hosted a professional Roundtable focused on new AI capabilities for easeRequirements and Jira, together with real-world customer use cases.

The session brought industry professionals together for an open discussion on Requirements Management, Testing, Jira, and the connection between easeRequirements and Xray.

During the Roundtable:
🔹 Bernhard Doleschel introduced the main use cases for AI in Requirements Engineering and Systems Engineering
🔹 Keren Rachev presented new AI-powered features for easeRequirements and Jira
🔹 Dr. Shalom Cohen demonstrated advanced AI use cases and led an open discussion on next-generation AI applications for organizations

Together, we explored real-world scenarios, prioritized customer use cases, discussed challenges in requirements and testing, and gathered ideas directly from participants.

For us, the value of a roundtable goes beyond presenting new technology. It is about listening to users, understanding their needs, and turning real-world insights into future product development.
