Choosing a career today looks very different from it did a few years ago.
AI is changing jobs, creating new opportunities and reshaping the skills employers are looking for. For students, it can be exciting, but also overwhelming.
That's why we're bringing together Accenture leaders like Derrick Khoo and Natalie Wong for The AI Shift on 28 September, where students can ask questions, hear real experiences, and explore what an AI-powered future might mean for their careers.
From industry insights to mentoring conversations, the afternoon is designed to help young people leave with practical advice, fresh perspectives, and greater confidence about what's next.
Know a student who should be part of the conversation? Tag them below and invite them to register.

[Image description: The first two visuals are quote cards: Derrick Khoo, Managing Director and Group Client Account Lead, photographed speaking at a roundtable with a microphone, alongside the quote "AI will answer whatever you ask. The ones who lead will be the ones who know what to ask." The second features Natalie Wong, Program Delivery Director at Accenture Song, photographed mid-conversation in a bright workspace, alongside the quote "AI can draft your work, but your judgment, critical thinking and relationships remain irreplaceably human." Both cards use Accenture's purple branding with bold white text. The third page is a social media tile with a candid photo of a smiling young woman at an event, with the headline "Your next career move starts here" and event details for The AI Shift on 28 September, organised by Accenture and supported by the National Youth Council Singapore as part of the Mentoring SG movement.]
