- Provide technical support to CSO when servicing front counter customers.
- Willing to work at different locations when required.

Customer Service Officer
- Familiar with the use of smartphones
- Good communication skills to explain technical issues in layman's terms to customers.
- Fluent in English. Good conversation skills in other local languages (Chinese, Tamil or Malay) is an advantage.
- Courteous and patient, high level of trust, discipline and integrity required.

Admin & Customer Service
- Inspect and prepare incoming/outgoing shipments
- Contact customers on updates of service
- Manage customer demands and expectations
- Perform helpdesk activities
- General admin tasks
- Attend to walk-in customers when needed
- Answer phone calls
