Ricoh is taking a significant step forward in strengthening workplace services across the Asia Pacific region.
Ricoh and Global Vision Multimedia (GVM) have entered full-scale discussions toward a strategic partnership, including potential capital ties, starting January 2026. This marks an important milestone in Ricoh’s ongoing efforts to elevate workplace and audiovisual experiences for customers across APAC.
By bringing together Ricoh’s global workplace services capabilities and GVM’s deep regional expertise, both organisations share a clear ambition to deliver more integrated, high-quality workplace solutions tailored to local market needs.
Takahiro Irisa, Senior Corporate Officer and President of Ricoh’s Global Digital Services Business Unit shared, “This marks a significant milestone for Ricoh, the first initiative of its kind in the region, to further accelerate our Workplace Experience offerings, and to enable our customers to navigate the complexities of transforming their workspaces and work style.”
Brian Ikhsan, GVM CEO added, “Moving into this next phase of full-scale discussions with Ricoh is a transformative milestone. We look forward to integrating our 'intelligent aesthetics' and regional expertise with Ricoh's immense global scale.”
As discussions progress, the shared focus remains on delivering consistent, high-quality solutions, combining global capabilities with local insight, and supporting customers as workplace needs continue to evolve.
