🔹 Position
Brand Activation / Retail Operations Specialist
(Full-Time | Career Growth Opportunity)
🔹 What You Will Do
Support brand activation campaigns across retail stores and roadshows
Assist retailers in day-to-day retail space management
Ensure visual merchandising (VM) standards are properly executed
Oversee store upkeep, fixtures, displays, and on-ground ex*****on
Coordinate with clients, retailers, and internal teams
Be involved in product launches, seasonal campaigns & brand rollouts
🔹 Who We’re Looking For
Comfortable working in retail, on-ground, and fast-paced environments
Able to communicate clearly with retailers and team members
Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
Positive work attitude and long-term growth mindset
Retail, merchandising, field marketing, or operations experience is a plus
Bilingual communication skills are advantageous
(We value attitude, reliability, and ex*****on ability more than paper qualifications.)
