This is very true! While the retail scene in singapore is still going relatively strong, most, if not all retailers have seen the trend of physical sales slowly dwindling.
This is why even the most resistant to change are starting to embrace technology(govts effort do help!) and are moving into the space.
However one of the issues we see here is that many businesses dive into it the first time without prior preparation or planning, or they trust a friend or vendor's advice to purchase their 'no risk only reward' solution which ultimately causes them to have a negative impression of embracing tech to bolster their businesses.
Im glad we are launching products with real benefits and value way above the industry standards for our customers! And the results speak for themselves!
We are launching our omni channel approach soon, giving all our customers their very own website with a central CMS where they can control all their business decisions on their POS, website, inventory (plus warehousing) and more(think accounting,crm etc)! Imagine the convenience and value it brings to them!
