On 15 March 2023, close to 400 employees from Singapore and across the regions gathered at Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre for the 2023 CrimsonLogic Staff Conference, making it the biggest employees’ congregation since the pandemic started in early 2020.
With the conference’s theme: “Embrace Today, Envision Tomorrow”, the senior management shared their vision, addressed burning questions in a lively and informative Fireside Chat, and took time to stage a band performance to celebrate the company’s 35th Anniversary! It is indeed a timely celebration as covid restrictions were lifted in Singapore.
On this special occasion, five employees were honoured with a special Long Service Awards, for their unwavering support and contributions over three decades in the company. Five other individuals were also called out as recipients of the Crimson Heroes Awards for their outstanding contributions in business projects and achievements. Congratulations!
Lawrence Ng, Chief Executive Officer said: “Getting so many staff together under one roof while still providing the level of service that our users expect from us is no mean feat, however events like the Annual Staff Conference are vitally important to the organisation. It’s an opportunity to share our vision for the future with the staff, to involve our colleagues in strategic discussions and, of course, to celebrate our successes!”
Kenneth Teh, Senior Lead UX Consultant – one of the recipients of the Long Service Award said: “It was a special day that made you think about the organisation and what has been achieved in the past 35 years. I am proud to be part of the CrimsonLogic Family."
