Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Solar Inverter Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative solar inverter & EV charging products, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting sustainable energy solutions. If you are passionate about renewable energy and have a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
• Product Knowledge: Understand and communicate the technical features and benefits of solar inverters and related products.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to identify new sales opportunities.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the advantages of our solar inverter solutions.
• Negotiation and Closing: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, engineering, and customer service teams to align strategies and enhance customer experience.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector or related industries.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with solar energy systems, solar inverters, and related technologies is highly desirable.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively in English & Khmer.
• Self-Motivated: Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
