🔵 SEAX Global has officially acquired a major stake in Interlink Telecom Public Company Limited (ITEL), marking a significant milestone in our ASEAN expansion strategy.

This acquisition brings together SEAX’s regional subsea and terrestrial networks with ITEL’s nationwide fiber infrastructure and operational strength in Thailand, creating a unified, end-to-end regional connectivity platform across Southeast Asia.

What this means for the region:
🔹 Seamless, low-latency connectivity across borders.
🔹 Quicker deployment timelines with greater flexibility.
🔹 A fully integrated footprint across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia & Thailand.
🔹 Improved network reliability for cloud, AI and data centre growth.
🔹 A stronger regional platform combining SEAX’s SIJORI hub with ITEL’s Thai network.

A newly formed subsidiary, ITEL Global, will continue leading operations within Thailand, ensuring local expertise remains strong while aligning with SEAX’s regional strategy.

🔹 Advances SEAX-1’s connectivity from Singapore to Batam and Jakarta, and onward to Johor and Thailand — reinforcing the region’s digital backbone.
