At just 130 mm x 100 mm, the EPC9194 is a GaN-based inverter reference design that enhances motor drive system efficiency while doubling power per weight and shrinking your motor drive. That means a simpler design for faster time-to-market.

FEATURES:
• Comprises six EPC2302 100V eGaN FETs with wide input DC voltage (14 V to 60 V), delivering up to 60 Apk (40 ARMS) steady-state output current

• Works under 100KHz switching frequency and reduces about half the power loss compared to equivalent Si MOSFET operating at lower PWM frequency, resulting in about 7% higher motor system efficiency

• Contains necessary functions circuits for a motor drive inverter (e.g. gate drivers, regulated auxiliary power rails for housekeeping supplies, temperature sense, etc.)
