Curious what HR looks like inside a company that builds radio remote controls for cranes, mining equipment and industrial machinery?
We're looking for an HR Intern to join our HR team in Gothenburg for the autumn semester 2026.

You'll work broadly across the HR function in a small, hands-on team that sits close to the business — supporting our Swedish units while collaborating with the global organization.

We're looking for someone studying towards a bachelor's or master's in HR, organization or a similar field, who is structured, communicates easily and enjoys working with people.

The role is part-time, approximately 2 days per week.

Tele Radio is heading to Bauma CONEXPO India 2026!

In September, Linda Nyquist-Evenrud stepped in as Group CEO of Allgon – and our newly published Annual Report 2025 shows what her first months have been building toward: continuity, focus, and the foundations for our next phase of growth.

Allgon is looking for an experienced R&D leader to head our hardware and mechanical engineering team and drive innovation across our wireless control systems.

You'll lead a growing team of hardware and mechanical engineers, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on technical involvement — reporting directly to our Chief Technology & Product Officer.

What you'll do:
- Lead and develop the R&D Hardware team
- Plan resources across development, research, and maintenance
- Participate in and lead development projects
- Drive process improvements and adoption of new tools
- Participate in design reviews to ensure quality and compliance

What you bring:
- BSc/MSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in electronics/hardware product development
- 3+ years of people management in an R&D setting
- Fluent in English and Swedish
