🎥 Projector reliability is critical in meeting rooms, event venues, educational spaces, and control room environments, where extended downtime is simply not an option. That is why Christie Digital offers the CDXchange replacement warranty service, designed to minimize downtime and accelerate issue resolution.

CDXchange is a five-year replacement warranty service available for selected Christie 1DLP projectors. In the event of a major failure, customers do not have to wait for spare parts or lengthy repair processes. Instead, a replacement unit is provided quickly, keeping projector downtime to an absolute minimum.

✅ During the first year, a brand-new replacement projector is delivered promptly
✅ In years 2–5, a factory-refurbished replacement unit or a loan projector is available while the original unit is being repaired.

CDXchange applies to Christie Captiva, DWU880-GS, Inspire, Jazz, and Korus series projectors purchased on or after April 1, 2026.
