Det er ingenting som gir meg mer glede i arbeidshverdagen enn når jeg kan forandre livet til noen til det bedre! En identifiserer seg ofte med jobben og en føler at den definerer hvem en er som person. The Software Asset Management (SAM) Engagement Manager is responsible for helping organizations maximize value, minimize risk, and achieve more with their IT investments. To accomplish this, the SAM Engagement Manager helps corporate customers implement SAM to optimize the return on their IT investments based on rich customer insights, and identifies value- and cloud-based solutions to address miss-licensing and short and long term strategic IT plans. The end result will be increased market share, revenue growth, and delighted customers

A typical day in the role:

The SAM Engagement Manager, Corporate is focused on growing Cloud and Annuity revenue, driving customer satisfaction, and managing all aspects of the SAM&C approach for their geography. SAM engagements are reviews conducted by certified SAM Partners, with the goals of driving software and license optimization with preference for Cloud solutions, identifying and correcting miss-licensing, and helping customers improve their SAM practices by promoting SAM as an industry-recognized best practice. In this context, key responsibilities include:

• Working with account teams and segment leadership to drive the SAM engagement strategy and ex*****on with an approach that delivers value to customers
• Analyzing and selecting accounts for direct SAM engagements, and managing the opportunity pipeline for those accounts end-to-end
• Articulating the benefits of SAM to gain buy-in directly with customers at CXO and IT leadership levels, then selecting the right SAM engagements and SAM Partners to work with the customers throughout the engagement
• As part of the account team, ensuring visibility of the unique customer insights that are uncovered during SAM reviews, supporting the approach to selling

The main task of the job is to drive interaction with the different parts of our customers’ organizations to ensure the successful launch of new products. This includes building product launch plans for the category, driving opportunity analysis across retailers, and working on correction of error plans where needed.

Expertise in retail and product insights: Ensure that insights are being used to drive category decisions and these are being embedded in the creation of effective go-to-market plans across the team. This would include Power BI, run rate analysis, promo uplift, etc.

Venezu är ett skandinaviskt bemaningsföretag som har hjälpt många duktiga människor framåt i deras karriärer! Vi arbetar med flera världskända aktörer och hyr frekvent ut/rekryterar lovande kandidater till dessa, där kärnområdena är sälj, marknadsföring och support.
Venezu har dock inte alltid arbetat med bemanning. När företaget startade i Oslo 2003 var affäsidén B2B-telemarketing med fokus på IT-branschen. Allt eftersom åren gick kom det in önskemål från kunder som ville hyra in våra operatörer till att sitta i deras lokaler och utföra TM-aktiviteter under kortare och längre perioder. Detta utvecklades allt eftersom när våra kunderna kom med nya önskemål – de ville ha folk med potential att växa in i mer avancerade roller hos dem.
