In this Reason 14 setup, is utilizing the built-in transient shaper within Kong to add character to a snare. First, ensure your inserts are only connected through the left input and output. Then, when you're ready to bounce, make sure the "All except fader section" is selected under Apply Mixer Settings.

It’s a great way to keep your project organized and ensure your mono sounds stay exactly where they belong in the mix.

While there's an array of settings, everyone has their preferences. Granular reverb is a favourite for due to its unique stutter and shimmery sound. By chopping audio into tiny grains, you can adjust the grain rate, length, and buffer size for complete control. Try adding some grain reverse or combining it with shimmer to create truly interesting sounds.
