Choosing a new market isn’t only about “how big it is.”

Yes, market size matters، but real opportunity depends on whether you can enter and win without burning time and budget.

Quick fact: the World Bank’s LPI 2023 benchmarks 139 countries، logistics and delivery reliability aren’t equal everywhere.

Before you expand, ask:

- What’s the cost of entry (setup, compliance, operations)?
- How easy is distribution & sales in that market?
- Can you access the talent you need?
- Do customers have the purchasing power to pay your price?

Big market ≠ best market. The best market is where you can move fast and build traction.
