This week we are participating at Icom's 60th anniversary in Osaka, Japan 🎉 Northcom is the general agent for Icom in Scandinavia, and Icom has been with Northcom since the start of the Nordic group companies 🌍 Icom started its business within amateur radio and gradually expanded its portfolio to include commercial, maritime, aviation, wireless LAN devices, as well as IP radio and satellite radio 📈 Today, they are one of the few fully comprehensive radio manufacturers in the world, producing radio communication equipment across several sectors under the same brand 🏭 We have had many interesting meetings during our visit and gained insight into the company's visions for the future. Thank you for a great first day here at Autonomous Ship Expo in Amsterdam 🛳️ We are ready to give you a demo at booth 1412 today and tomorrow 🤓 Will we see you here? 🚢

Mimer SoftRadio is a system for remote control of two-way radios over IP. Among other applications, the system is commonly used on autonomous ships so that the MCC can remotely control the marine radios onboard the ship. There are also functions for PA, voice recording and more.
