As truck mounted cranes become more advanced, so do the challenges behind their control systems.

For manufacturers and system integrators, integrating load monitoring, machine logic, and operator control into one reliable architecture is just as important as adding new machine capabilities.

That's where the CCU-X comes in.
Designed specifically for truck mounted cranes, the CCU-X is a moment limiter system that continuously monitors hydraulic cylinder pressure and compares it against configurable thresholds representing the crane’s maximum lifting capacity.

Beyond load monitoring, it manages critical machine functions such as permitted movements, working area control, outrigger monitoring, and system diagnostics. Through CAN bus integration with Scanreco radio remote controls, machine data and operator control come together within one configurable HMI architecture.
