We're excited to welcome Victoria as our new Account Executive, Enterprise Sales at 55 Degrees.

Victoria brings years of B2B sales experience, including full-cycle sales roles where she has built pipelines from the ground up and worked closely with partners across international markets to drive growth and expansion.

She also brings a background in professional sports, which is reflected in her team-oriented approach and collaborative way of working.

Victoria has already joined the team, and we were delighted to welcome her during our recent team day.

Last Thursday, we had our team day, and it was such a great mix of learning, collaboration, and fun 🚀

We started the day with workshop sessions across different departments before coming together to play TWiG, a flow-based simulation game that let us experience firsthand how work moves through a Kanban system and how decisions around staffing, work in progress, and flow impact delivery outcomes.

What made it even more fun was seeing the real impact reflected through ActionableAgile® Analytics charts like Cycle Time and Aging WIP. It was a great reminder that improving delivery is often about improving the system, not just pushing people harder.

After the workshops and simulation sessions, we headed out for some boule, laughs, good conversations, and wrapped up the evening with a team dinner 🍽️
