Exciting times! We’re heading for a shift ✨

Today, in a move that will revolutionize our IT pillar, ARICOMA Group Holding a.s., has announced it will operate under two major brands as it consolidates position as a market leader.

Our IT service companies, primarily based in the Czech Republic, will all bear the Aricoma name, while our IT consulting companies, focusing on custom software development, will become Qinshift.

The change will enable further specialization by allowing each entity to focus on its core competencies, driving further growth and delivering increased value. Indeed, the unveiling of Qinshift and the acceleration of the Aricoma brand also represents a shift in mindset from regional to global. We look forward to the next steps in this journey!

Today we had the honor of hosting and the Demo Day, the end of semester event for their students in all kinds of tech subjects, like UX/UI, cyber security and data analytics. Great demos and testimonials from so many fantastic students! And great guests and partners - and more!
The lack of skilled people in IT and tech is evident and initiatives like ReDI, educating people from diverse backgrounds is what helps us move forward as an industry and to cover society’s digital needs. Thank you!

Today we’re proud to start the fourth edition of the Stratiteq Hack, where we gather seven teams around four very real client cases during a weekend - this time in fantastic Prague at our sister company ’s office. ✨

Maybe not the most spectacular image but it shows how our kitchen is the heart of our office and the natural meeting point after a good work week. This last friday night we had some drinks and snacks while doing a clothes swap/free shop, a social event which showed to be a fun little initiative with focus on sustainability and recycling. Our office buddies from were also there, ushering in the weekend with us!

Last week - our round table discussion event at the office in Stockholm was so much fun and a great opportuity to get to know your colleagues from a new angle. In groups we discussed questions prepared beforehand on topics like AR, VR, the hybrid office, data security and AI. All questions were designed with the intent to provoke a little bit, and definitely led to engaging conversations and new insights.

And of course, nobody left hungry or thirsty 😊

(This afternoon they will of course change out of their aprons and continue their regular tech careers here at in Malmö.)

Anyway, today’s special was an Italian pasta salad with vegetarian, vegan and gluten free alternatives, perfect for conversation and socializing. The house is in a good mood! 😍🍝
