Arctos Labs is engaged in a international research collaboration project led by Ericsson to explore technologies for Edge Compute. The project – ANIARA – consists of partners from Sweden, Finland, Germany, Turkey and Great Britain and is funded through the Celtic programme.

We are attending the Open Network Summit in Santa Clara. This is Arne's reflections initially:

- It's the third time I visit the ever-growing Open Network Summit. It's even more vibrant than usual. It's interesting to hear that Ericsson put a major stake in a cloud native, microservice based mobile network; that Alibaba not only build their own network but their own appliances; that China Mobile do massive automation based on network big data - and all these are based on open initiatives. Looking forward to see what the rest of the week will unveil. 😊
