We are wrapping up two rainy but productive and enjoyable days together at our Stockholm office on Sveavägen. We had the pleasure of welcoming most of our Luleå team, as we worked together on further product development and an upcoming, yet still secret, exciting new project. Meet Raggi Steinsen, the latest System Integrator to join Sinetiq. He has been in the IT industry for over 20 years, and now, he will play a pivotal role in solving customer challenges regarding digital infrastructure and system integrations.

Last week, David Rutqvist and Karl-Johan Gramner visited Budapest to attend two workshops. The first was an Arrowhead fPVN Workshop that targeted the year 1 summary and showcased current technological and use case achievements. The discussions also focused on continuing a successful collaboration and meeting the project objectives for years 2 and 3.

The second workshop, called INSIDE Thematic, was scheduled in conjunction with the Arrowhead workshop. The objective was to formulate and agree on key technology areas for the community to focus on in upcoming project proposals.

We also had the opportunity to enjoy some social events together. These included a conference boat trip along Donau and a guided tour through Budapest's architectural landscape as it developed from the two cities of Buda and Pest.

Yesterday, we celebrated our third year as Sinetiq, and of course, no birthday party is complete without a cake. We would like to thank our co-workers, customers, and partners who have been part of our journey so far; we have exciting times ahead of us!

Besides solving the most intricate and complex challenges regarding software architecture and system integration, we really enjoy just relaxing and spending time together. Last week, we gathered the whole Sinetiq team for our spring conference at Smådalarö Gård Hotell & Spa.

The two-day conference primarily focused on getting away from everyday work and spending time together. On the first day, we arrived in time for lunch and some sunshine, followed by a session to review the status of our action plan ensuring we meet our goals. We finished the first day with joint activities under the evening sun and a very nice dinner.

On the second day, we continued our work with Kerstin Hanell from Teknikkvinnor. Together, we are working to create an even more open, equal, and inclusive workplace and industry. She held a very insightful and appreciated workshop, resulting in discussions on how we envision our company culture and how we get there.

– I am very happy that we are prioritizing our time to discuss these subjects and that everyone's commitment was so great. With our growth goals at Sinetiq, it is important that we work proactively with these issues to continue to be a good workplace as we grow and get bigger, says Linnea Segerlund, COO at Sinetiq.

We spent the afternoon hanging on the terrasse enjoying the nice weather and playing some padel before having another lovely dinner.

We are already looking forward to the autumn conference!
