The first winding machine (picture 1) I made from a windshield wiper motor when I worked at Bilbolaget (Volvo), took forever to wind and that was sometime in the mid-nineties! The next (picture 2) I made from a drill machine and counter similar to what you have in stores to count how many people go in and out! Lots of customer have pickups made on that one! Then the one I have now (picture 3) is CNC controlled and was bought in 2012!

Made new pickups inside, for a odd Epiphone guitar that had cheap and week pickups! Now the bridge is like a Telecaster and in the neck a Stratocaster, both wind too mid 60s spec! Mikael Andersson-Knut The Confusions
