His journey into IT and software development was driven by a fascination with how technology can enhance business processes and empower teams. Now, at MT3, he applies his expertise to improve collaboration models and drive impactful digital solutions.
"What attracted me to MT3 was its forward-thinking approach to attracting Mexican talent within the digital innovation in Sweden and its focus on combining technical excellence with human-centered approach. I was looking for a place where I could make a significant contribution while also continuing to grow in areas such as consulting, agile coaching, and digital strategies. So far, the experience has been fantastic: the culture is collaborative, the work has a great impact, and I've been surrounded by people who genuinely care about making things better."
Geovanny values the collaborative spirit at MT3, which has been essential to both his personal and professional growth:
"I'm grateful for the strong sense of community that has been built and the opportunity to work closely with diverse, high-performing teams in Sweden and around the world. There's a lot of trust and autonomy, but also a shared drive for continuous improvement. The support for continuous learning, timely communication and personal development are truly exceptional."
Looking ahead, Geovanny is excited to continue evolving as a leader, solving complex challenges, and driving innovation in agile and digital strategies.
