🌠 Den nya typen av talangprogram är här!

🤔 Traditionella talangprogram riktar sig oftast till stora företag med resurser att investera i helt nyexaminerade talanger. Vi har observerat att talangerna inte stannar kvar på företaget lika länge som vi förutsätter att företagen vill.

🌟 För att möta den här utmaningen lanserar vi nu ett talangprogram skräddarsytt för utvecklare med 1–3 års erfarenhet. Vårt program fokuserar på en mindre grupp om 10–15 konsulter spridda över flera företag, vilket ger en mer personlig och riktad support. Det innebär att fler företag kan dra nytta av välvalda talanger som inte bara har erfarenhet utan även får extra utbildning för att ta nästa steg i sin karriär hos just er!

🚀 Vår plan är att kickstarta detta program redan i vår för att säkerställa att ni har rätt talanger på plats till hösten.
