How can we become happier at work when surrounded by hard goals, stress, and other burdens?

5 Key Elements To Become Happier at Work (Ps. Don't miss the bonus element at the end of the post):

1. Contribution: The more we contribute to the workplace, the happier and more connected we feel.

2. Commitment: To perceive that we are doing something worthwhile, having an intrinsic interest in our job, and a feeling that our organization's vision is in line with our purpose, increases our commitment.

3. Culture: Adapting to the corporate culture brings happiness. It is very important that the employee and work culture are compatible since the employees who feel they fit in the organization's culture have high levels of performance and happiness at work.

- Try to spend quality time with your loved ones without your phone to really connect and be in the moment.

- Be grateful for what you have. Most people are thinking about what they don’t have instead of being grateful for what the good things they have in life. Take 2 minutes and think about all the things you are grateful for.
