We’ve been doing a lot of growing up lately.

And maybe that’s exactly why this felt right.

We’re partnering with two student groups from the Faculty of Information Technologies, University “Džemal Bijedić”​ in Mostar. BedBugz will be working with us on Linkbound, while QuinTouch joins us as a marketing partner as we sponsor the FIT Coding Challenge.

We remember what it was like to be on the other side, looking for a foot in the door, trying to prove something with no track record to show for it. The further you get from that, the easier it is to forget it.

BedBugz and QuinTouch are working on real projects as part of their studies: structured, professional, with real responsibility attached.

For the next two months, you’ll see them take over our social media channels, primarily Instagram. Their perspective and their voice. We thought that was more interesting than anything we’d write about it ourselves.

The IT market they’re walking into is one of the hardest it’s been in years. We can’t change that. But we believe that companies who’ve had the chance to grow have some responsibility to make that path a little less abstract for the people just starting out.

That felt like enough of a reason.

Out of 100 companies, measured by real revenue growth from 2024 to 2025.

We’ve been heads-down building. For clients, products of our own, and a team in Bosnia and Herzegovina we’re genuinely proud of. That’s where the focus has been, and that’s where it stays.

None of this would have been possible without the people who believed in what we were building here, long before a ranking said they were right.

Today we’re on a global top 10 list. The distance between those two points is the whole story.

Ćejf is one of those words that can’t quite be translated. Everyone with Balkan roots knows exactly what it means. We’re bringing it to Stockholm.

Zendev was built between Sweden and Bosnia and Herzegovina. So when there’s a diaspora event in Sweden, we show up. 🇧🇦🇸🇪

On Saturday, March 28, you’ll find us at the event organized by at Hotel Clarion Sign in Stockholm. And yes, we’re setting up a proper ćejf corner. 😁

and will be there. Come say hello, grab a coffee and a small gift from home, and talk tech, Bosnia, Sweden, or all three at once.

Senad will also take the stage and talk about what it actually looks like to build a company between two countries. What Swedish clients value in Bosnian teams, and what the diaspora can bring back beyond capital.
