Job Title: Contact Center Manager
• Contribute to the realization of Contact Center Plan.
• Manage the daily operations.
• Doing needed assessments, performance reviews, cost/benefit analysis.
• Setting/Meeting performance targets.
• Monitoring the overall quality of Contact Center services.
• Review and update the hiring standards.
• Fulfill all vacancies required to smooth the operation of the Contact Center.
• Coaching, motivating and retaining staff.
• Manage CC activities with the rest of the support team such as transport, facilities, shifts, agents, customer, performance and quality, IT, business KPIs … etc.
• Formulate policies, procedures and ensure that they are followed.
• Identify competitors, monitor market changes and trends.
Requirements:
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge in Business, Finance, and ICT.
• 6+ years experience in Telecommunication/ ICT or related filed is required.
