One of our Corporate VIP Clients, a Startup Digital Services Company in Khartoum is looking for: Junior-Level "Application Support Specialist" to handle operational/Daily System Administration and Software Development Tasks related to existing and new IT Solutions including: eCommerce Platform, several Websites, Mobile Applications and internal systems (Email, Task Mgmt System...).

We're looking for 0-3 years of experience. This is not a suitable position for "Senior Experienced Candidates".

The company is a startup and you'll be part of the 1st team rectuited if selected.

Main duties and expectations include (but not limited to):

Daily Operation of systems (Health check, troubleshooting...).
Customer Support (Internal & External).
Communication with external Technical Support Teams for Technical Issues troubleshooting, diagnosis, tracing and solutions.
Ability to undestand quickly avaibale support materials (API & Systems Documentation).
Ability to work outside normail working hours.
Team Worker.
