Senior Application Support Engineer. (Khartoum).

Job Purpose:
To develop and support computer and mobile applications that, enable E-connect customers and products applications end users to use it in effective manner. Moreover, to ensure all applications operations is functioning and meet quality standards that help any business to be successful.

Required Education and Experience
1. Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information technology or any related field.(Essential)
2. 1-3 years’ specialized experience in applications / software support, development or engineering.(Essential)
3. Experience in of ICT/ITIL customer products or applications support domain.(desirable)
4. Familiar to payment systems, dynamic systems and smart API’s integration. (desirable)
5. Excellent communication (reading, writing and speaking) in Arabic & English languages.(Essential)

JOB Summary:
Handling the day to day activities of the finance section.

JOB DUTIES & ROLES
1. Work closely with the Finance Head of section to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters.
2. Support the Finance Head of section by inputting into sales and purchase ledgers from source documents.
3. Matching invoices to statements and purchase orders to invoices.
4. Input accounting data into the accounting system with speed and accuracy.
5. Assist in the production of financial statements and applications, preparation of spread sheets, reports and correspondence as required.
6. Plan, organize and manage own workload to ensure your contribution to the company’s monthly financial reporting process is achieved in a timely and accurate manner.

Required Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or economic or any related field.
2. 1-2 years’ experience as an accountant.
3. Diploma in Computer Application.
4. Electronic Accounting certificate.
5. Excellent command of Arabic & English languages.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

3. Helping communication upward, as well as communicates through project managers.

6. Responsible of manpower' plans and make hiring decisions.
7. Review and approve products/services requirements.
8. Provide particular feedback to support HOSs to enhance their work.
9. Provide technical consultation and expertise to HOSs.
10. Responsible of enhancement on running products/services proposal.
11. Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate and lead staff to reach optimum performance levels and career development.
12. Managing & planning of marketing & sales of products & services.
13. Risks management.
14. Research into relationships that should be established.
15. Manage effective partnerships with existing & new partners.
16. Plan, develop and review advertising of company’ products & services.
17. Plan & manage of company’ representations in conferences, events, & exhibitions (internal/external).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

1. Bachelor’s degree IT, MIS or recognized equivalent.
2. Preferably MBA or a related field.
3. At least 7 years’ experience in Business Development & marketing or related field.
4. Experience in e-services, e-payment sector is advance.
5. Excellent command of Arabic & English languages.
