🔥 مهندس ميكانيكا مكتب فني BIM

• الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن ٨ أعوام في تصميم و تنفيذ شبكات مكافحة الحريق(شرط اساسي)
• المتطلبات:
o اجادة برامج (Revit MEP, Navisworks, etc.)
o خبرة في انظمة التكييف و الصرف و مكافحة الحريق
o إعداد المخططات التنفيذية
o خبرة في متطلبات الدفاع المدني و كود الحريق

🔌 BIM Electrical Technical Office Engineer
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in Electrical systems design & coordination
• Requirements:
o Proficient in BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, etc.)
o Strong knowledge of electrical systems in buildings (lighting, power, low current)
o Capable of preparing shop drawings, quantity take-offs, and coordination drawings
o Experience in handling large-scale projects
o Excellent communication and technical reporting skills

🔥 BIM Mechanical Technical Office Engineer
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years, with proven experience in firefighting network design (Mandatory)
• Requirements:
o Proficient in BIM tools (Revit MEP, Navisworks, etc.)
o Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and especially firefighting systems
o Ability to produce detailed shop drawings and perform clash detection
o Familiar with NFPA and international codes
o Excellent coordination skills with other trades
