"برنامج نزيل للفنادق والشقق المفروشة: برنامج متكامل ... للإدارة والخدمات الفندقية"

مزايا البرنامج:


1- أول برنامج احترفي لإدارة الفنادق والشقق المفروشة يعمل من الويب بواجهتين عربية وانجليزية .

2- يُمكّن المالك أو من يُنيبه متابعة و إدارة وحدته أو وحداته السكنية المفروشة مجتمعة من أي مكان يتواجد فيه داخل المملكة أو خارجها مع مستويات مختلفة من الصلاحيات الخاصة بالمستخدمين سواء كان المالك ، المدير ، موظف الاستقبال .. الخ

3- تصنيف العملاء بوضع الملاحظات الإيجابية وغيرها مع عدم الحاجة لإعادة ادخال بيانات العميل مرة اخرى اذا سبق ادخال بياناته في النظام في اي من الفنادق او الوحدات السكنية الأخرى التي تستخدم النظام في المملكة .

4- إمكانية الربط مع برنامج شموس الأمني حسب طلب العميل .

5- يوفر للمشتركين تواصلا متميزًا مع عملائهم حيث يقوم البرنامج بإرسال رسائلSMS تلقائية للعملاء (رسالة تأكيد حجز، رسالة ترحيب عند الدخول ، رسالة توديع عند الخروج) بالإضافة إلى رسائل التنبيه للعملاء بقرب انتهاء الحجز و إمكانية التواصل مع العملاء في المناسبات و إرسال رسائل العروض التسويقية .

6- إمكانية الحصول على كافة التقارير التي يحتاجها العميل سواء كانت تقارير مجمعة أو مفردة (عن جميع فروع الوحدات السكنية التابعة أو عن وحدة سكنية محددة ) .

7- تلبية جميع متطلبات أصحاب الفنادق والشقق في القيام بكافة العمليات (الحجز ، التأجير ) وما يتبعهما من عمليات حسابية بدقة وسرعة عاليتين فعملية التسكين او التصفية للعميل مثلا لا تستغرق أكثر من دقيقة واحدة

8- يتيح تسجيل جميع قطع الأثاث في كل شقة كأصول ثابتة مع تسجيل أسعارها و حالتها حيث يمكن العودة على العميل بالتعويض المناسب عما أتلفه من تلك المحتويات حسب سعرها المسجل في البرنامج .

9- يعطي المشتركين فرص الدعاية المجانية على الإنترنت من خلال الموقع العام (دليل الباحثين عن الشقق المفروشة على الإنترنت:
