We looking to enhance our life by enhance our company. Although, we all have been working hard enough for this company trying to make Mobiserve name shines among all other companies but unfortunately we have not get what we deserve in return. We know that Mobiserve is a big name all over the world but the problem here in the persons not in the company. We look forward to hearing from you and to a

resolution of this problem. These are our needs and inquiries that must be fulfilled:
* Management system: professional managers, and a systematic way of work

* Salary adjustment based on experience (not salary increase).

* 1 month paid salary annual vacation + tickets

* Health insurance for employees who are not under company sponsorship

* Suitable Cars for our nature of work (we are driving car that is good for restaurant delivery)

* Return of half month salary that has been cut in the first month of work in order to be normal like other companies

* Friday to be off day, and paid if we have to work in urgent cases

* account system that allows every employees to check his received petty cash, submitted invoices, salary, tools and so on.

* Annual Bonuses according to company profit, and monthly bones depending on performance assessment of all employees. Note: we are working for Mobiserve and not for our sponsor (KAFEEL) please never keep saying you are not under our sponsorship so you don’t get so and so...

Mr\Maged Accounting Manager gave green light to apply a new petty cash process(one of our main requests)from May 1st .Also he promise more develope for Petty cash policies.Thank Mr\Majed

Advice for financial department...make open system(co-operate with IT) for all engineers that allows to login to check them petty cash and invoices step by step by them Email ID.It will decrease rate of mistake.This advice because of the multiplicity of complaints from the mistakes of the financial.

Mobiserve Superman, pilot, jet, king of the highways, all of these names for one man working in the dark to succeed Mobiserve. Mr.Abd El-Hafiz .In fact he is only driver in the Mobiserve of all projects covering all parts of the wide Kingdom during the last period. We hope from our managment appreciation this man and find the Assistant to work with him.

Big loss for Mobiserve Mr.Mohammed Alotabi STC account PM leave Mobiserve.
Right must be said that he had given lots and lots for Mobiserve and this is not our testimony,its also customers testimony.He was the cornerstone for Mobiserve. We all love you,,,miss you ,,,and good luck wherever you are.
