ArticMedia team visited Russia's largest exhibition of technologies and solutions for online commerce - ECOM Expo. It was held at the Moscow Expo Center from 8th to 9th June 2022.

Exhibitors presented innovative solutions, technologies and services for e-commerce in the field of marketing, logistics, IT for business, payments, customer communications, stock management and other areas.

Vladimir Klyuev, CEO, and Maria Yakhnina, Senior Project Manager, visited several interesting booths, including our partners, participated in lectures on topics: IT FOR BUSINESS, SEO, Website and Application / CMS and front-end sections. It was a great opportunity to share experience with colleagues and networking.

Ivan Strulev, business development manager, visited the 25th International exhibitions of equipment, instruments, materials and services for dentistry Dental-Expo St. Petersburg. It was held on April 6, 2022 at EXPOFORUM Exhibition Center Экспофорум.

Our colleague visited the thematic lectures "Medical prescription: yesterday, today, tomorrow" and " Workshop with a demonstration of the stages of work of an orthopedic dentist using a microscope".

Also ArticMedia specialist talked with experts from the field of dentistry and the medical field on the topic of integrating digital technologies into the professional activities of dentists.

Platform "вместе47.рф"

The regional project "Formation of Comfortable Urban Environment" is part of the national project "Housing and Urban Environment". The main goal of the project is to make cities more comfortable for residents and to improve the quality of the urban environment.

ArticMedia developed the online platform " вМесте47.рф". It is used to organize a single universal rating voting system and to involve inhabitants of the Leningrad region in improvement processes. The inhabitants of the Leningrad region will determine the public areas to participate in the selection for the federal project "Building a comfortable urban environment in 2023.

What we have done:
- Completed the project in a short time. It took just three weeks to develop and launch it;
- Developed 3 personal account layouts for different roles;
- Streamlined the process of taking applications for voting;
- Created over 100 layouts;
- Connected an authorization via email code;

Offline registration via the kiosk for St. Petersburg Youth House

The ArticMedia team has launched an offline registration via the kiosk. Visitors can register for an event in the building of the Youth House and get tickets with a QR code there.

The kiosk software is coded in Delphi and synchronizes with the server using API, which we have developed taking into account the specifics of the infokiosk.

🔹The system works as follows:
1) Current events are displayed on the kiosk screen, while getting data from the server via the API at the same time
2) The user selects an event.
3) Then, the system offers to register or immediately issue a ticket through your personal account.
4) The visitor gets a ticket with a QR code.
5) The ticket is linked to the personal account.
6) The program offers to download the ticket in PDF or to print it.

The program keeps all information about each event up-to-date, including possible changes in the itinerary.

Gatchina News Service (https://gatchina-news.ru) is the online portal with regional news of Gatchina city and Leningrad Region.

a brand-new news portal and has simplified news publishing system.

Event Website for St. Petersburg Youth House

The St. Petersburg Youth is under the jurisdiction of the Committee on Youth Policy and Interaction with Public Organizations. The Department of Organizing Mass Events of the St. Petersburg Youth House organizes major citywide events, festivals, and concerts for young people.

The St. Petersburg Youth House administration requested us to create a service for collecting analytical data of various event participants and to unify the guest registration process in order to simplify the work of the administrators of the St. Petersburg Youth House and the interaction of users with its services.

🔹 Online registration via the website

From scratch, ArticMedia team automated the registration processes for events, including generation, storage, printing and verification of tickets using QR codes. Visitors can now register via online registration via a website. St. Petersburg Youth House admins can collect user data and analyze traffic statistics.

We have developed a special website with a schedule of upcoming events and a registration system via a personal online account. When you register to an event through the website, the system automatically generates a ticket with a unique QR code. All event tickets are saved in the user's personal account.

The St. Petersburg International Labor Forum (Санкт-Петербургский международный форум труда) is an annual forum organized at the Expoforum of St. Petersburg (Экспофорум) by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation (Минтруд России), the Federal Service for Labor and Employment (Федеральная служба по труду и занятости), the Government of St. Petersburg, St. Petersburg State University (Санкт-Петербургский государственный университет / St Petersburg University), the Saint-Petersburg Committee for Labour and Employment, and the Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS member States (Межпарламентская Ассамблея государств СНГ). Our specialists developed and launched a website in Russian and English on short notice.

The website generates a drop-down list of goods with a similar title while a user types an item in a search bar.

A user can add an item to a cart right from the catalog by one finger click.

🔹 Coupon Management
The site administrator can create own promotional codes and discount terms himself through UMI.CMS coupon management system.

🔹 Shopping cart
Detailed description of the selected product: the color, size, total order amount, promotional code field, discount.

🔹 My account
A user can check orders history, current status and a composition, and edit a personal information.

🔹 Delivery address
