Ginza Delivery has two bonuses types: project and local bonuses from restaurants. Project bonuses could be spent on delivery from any restaurant, while local ones only in a restaurant that accrue it. A user can spend both of them in GinzaShop.

Also, the Ginza Delivery director, Nick, mentioned that after implementing the loyalty program in the app, customers began to use feedback and evaluate orders actively. As a result, the audience and the average bill are growing 👍

To sum up, Ginza Delivery started operating at maximum capacity after the new website and the app release. Users especially loved ordering food from the mobile app, so the app was more popular than the website. And Ginza project restaurants have got a new tool for orders management and analytics📈

Stay tuned to be the first to know about our new projects!

Hi!👋 This week we want to share the Ginza Delivery case study. Specifically, the case study of developing a mobile app, website, and admin panel for the Ginza delivery Project.

We'll start with the admin panel, which we created to enable the staff to quickly make changes to the website, edit the menu, and manage orders, customers, and promo codes for each restaurant separately.

Next, we'll talk about meal cards and other food delivery app features🍝

Read more about the Ginza Food Delivery case study in the article on medium.com🖤

🔖 Especially for you, we made a guide on how to understand it you need a mobile app or not.

We made it based on the experience of the studio. At Heads and Hands, we have a set of criteria for evaluating requests to develop mobile apps. One of them is the question. Will the app solve the business tasks or not?

Detailed recommendations are waiting for you in the carousel 👌🏻

🔥 App development is not only about design, code, or troubleshooting. Correct technical requirements play a major role in this process.

The technical requirement is a document that defines project goals and objectives, ex*****on and completion conditions, and describes all the necessary functional app requirements.

Requirements should be perfect. So, the product will meet the client's expectations and satisfy the user's needs.

In the carousel, we show how to write such Technical requirements. Flip through and click on a heart! ❤️

⚡️ We promised to tell you about how to make buyer persona profiles for CJM— no sooner said than done!

First, let's find out what these profiles are and why you need it:

Buyer persona is a collective image of a user that should have personality qualities and goals. Each user has a unique journey to the product, so we need to work through several profiles and CJMs.

In the carousel, we talked in detail about how to make an ideal buyer persona profile. Flip through the post and save it💛

Hi! Do you know what can help retailers sell more?💰

An omnichannel strategy:) It increases the average order value. The statistics say: when a retailer adds one more sales channel, its customers start buying more.

Building an omnichannel sales and customer communication strategy is a must for any large retailer.

The easier it is for customers to switch between channels when browsing, ordering, and tracking the assortment, the more they spend and the bigger probability that they will return.

In the carousel, we’ve shown examples of how our customers build an omnichannel strategy, and we help them implement it. Follow the link on our profile to read more💚

🔥 Today, we will tell you about the icing on the cake of the Rusclimate project — the smart search.

📌 Previously, the search didn't work if there were any typos in the query. The user had to search online and copy the name to avoid retyping.

📌 Now, we've implemented smart search based on ElasticSearch. Now, users can write with misprints and use synonyms — the search will find everything.

In the carousel, we showed what this search could do. Check it, like it, and write in the comments how you like our solution!

🤔 What should be in the product card for a b2b-client? Let's look at the example of our project Rusclimate.

Ilya, project-manager of Rusclimate, says:

"For B2B clients, it's important to have all the information about a product to easily find it in the catalog.

That is why we implemented very informative cards for Rusclimate: there are a recommendations with accessories, wholesale and retail prices. All necessary product documentation is also on the card: users do not need to visit different producers' websites to find information. Now everything is at hand in one app".

Flip through the cards to see what we've got 🔥

🔥 Today, we’ll tell how we made the app for Rusclimate’s b2b clients.

The company's clients are representatives of installation organizations, private masters, and retail stores.

We divided user profiles in the app:

🧑🏻💼 Guest — for individuals, typically the customers of installers.
👷🏻 Legal entity — for installation organizations and individual professionals.

For each profile, we made specific features, and which ones — we tell you in the cards! Flip through, like, and comment ✨
