Designing Around the Clock – Managing a 24/7 Global Team 🌍 One of my most ambitious projects involved a clear, high-pressure task: deliver a digital product in just two weeks for a major global brand launch. I managed a design team working across continents — from Southeast Asia to North America. Our solution? Operating 24/7, with designers handing off seamlessly across time zones. This approach allowed us to maintain constant momentum, making the tight deadline not just achievable but manageable.

Synchronization was key, but it was also about effective mentoring, aligning team processes, and establishing the right systems for smooth collaboration. The result was a flawless launch, despite the challenges.
